The apartments at this hotel were fantastic! They were spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed for my business trip. The kitchen was especially helpful as I was able to cook my own meals when I didn't feel like eating out. The location of the hotel was also great, with plenty of eateries and markets within walking distance. It was convenient to have everything I needed nearby.

The only downside I experienced was that some of the hotel facilities, such as the bar, restaurant, and gym, closed quite early in the evening. It would have been nice if they were open a little later, especially for those of us who had busy schedules and wanted to unwind after a long day.

I recently stayed at Somerset in Dalian for a few days and had a wonderful experience. The location was great, close to the beach and surrounded by restaurants and bars. The staff were friendly and professional, and the apartment was spacious with comfortable beds. The gym and pool facilities were excellent, and the hotel even helped arrange transportation with a safe and reliable driver. the hotel was clean, well-equipped, and provided a pleasant stay.

Check-in staff and breakfast staff were excellent. Kids loved the facilities - pool, cubbies, movies, and books. Quality of the apartment was great, with comfortable beds and lots of space. Gym was excellent. Nearby services, restaurants, and shops were easy to find.

We had a fantastic stay at this family-friendly hotel in Dalian. The location was perfect, in a new development area close to the city center and within easy reach of various events like the cherry festival. Our room was spacious and comfortable, with all the amenities we needed. The staff were incredibly helpful and attentive, always going the extra mile to ensure our needs were met. Breakfast was delicious, offering a great selection of both Chinese and Western dishes. The facilities for both kids and adults, including the pool and clubhouse, were top-notch. We highly recommend this hotel for a long-term stay in Dalian.

One small drawback was that the hot water for the bath took quite some time to heat up again, which wasn't ideal when multiple people wanted to take a bath.

Great location with lots of shopping and dining options nearby. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, from the bellhop to the front desk. The size of the rooms was perfect for my family of 3. The breakfast had a nice mix of Western and Asian options and the breakfast staff were wonderful. We also enjoyed the convenience of having a convenience store next to the lobby.

The hotel is far from most tourist attractions. Housekeeping could have been better, as they missed cleaning some areas and left behind items from previous guests.
